So this is my second Beyond Yoga review and I'm as equally impressed as my first!
I was really impressed with my first pair of Beyond Yoga leggings. I ordered the Back Gathered Leggings in Fern Green for an awesome price of $33. The material was super soft and they fit perfect.....so I did the most rational thing I could think of and ordered three more pairs :).
I ordered the Essential Gathered Leggings in Fuchsia Glow, Essential Long Leggings in Venetian Purple, and Back Gathered Leggings in Deep Lilac. They were having a sale and I used $25 in referral points. All three pairs for $100.....you can't beat that price!

The colors were really pretty. I lucked out with my colors and got all purple-ish hues. If I were comparing them to Lululemon colors the would look similar to Raspberry, Bruised Berry, and Lullaby. All of the leggings had the same really soft material as my first pair. I seriously don't know how they do it.....I have yet to try on a pair of crops that is as soft as Beyond Yoga's. I feel weird but I keep petting my pants! If I could chose one pair of yoga leggings to live in, it would be this brand.

The Essential Gathered Leggings was the item that got me interested in the Beyond Yoga brand! For some reason, they don't gather as much on my legs as other photos I've seen but I really like mine. I don't like crops that cut off at the knee. I think those types look really cute on shorter girls, but not so much on my longer legs.
These fit the exact same way as the Back Gathered Leggings. I can bend around without adjusting them. I've had no issues with the bottom cuffs riding up which is great.
The Essential Long Legging is just your basic yoga legging. No fancy gathering at the bottom. I personally love this style for yoga AND casual wear because it looks really good with flip flops and a flowy top. Since the materials are really matte it definitely makes it more wearable with casual clothes. (Any fabric with a high shine screams workout clothes...making it more difficult to pull off outside of the gym.)
I really like the fit of these. They are really long so if you are short you might need them hemmed! (I'm 5'7 for reference.) I'm wearing a nude thong in all of these photos and I have yet to spot a panty line. All four of my pairs are completely opaque and I don't see any lumps or bumps under my tush (and I'm 29...not 19...so I do have some!)
I do have a LOT more crops than leggings because I prefer crops with tennis shoes for my workouts. I like the longer leggings for yoga but I don't practice as much these days. I also prefer the longer for casual wear.
Since most of my leggings are crazy long I end up cuffing them at the bottom. I just give them a flat roll twice so they don't look like they are tucked into my tennis shoes! You can also roll them if you like the ankle crop look for casual wear.
This color is my absolute favorite. I might have to do a color comparison. It reminds me so much of Lululemon's color Lullaby but it is slightly darker. I think it is between Lullaby and Power Purple.
The photos of me wearing the crops give the most accurate view of the color. Even though it was at the same time with the same type of lighting....the leggings on the floor look a little lighter than real life.
I think I prefer the Back Gathered Leggings to the Essential Gathered Leggings. I really like the Essential but I think the seams running down the butt in the back is really flattering on your rear. I have several pairs of Lululemon Inspire Running Crops that have the similar seams in the back and they are really flattering! I think it gives the booty a little more dimension...in a good way :).
[I did find out that my apartment has way too much light coming through the blinds in the morning....so there will definitely be no photo taking in the AM or everything would have stripes!]
I really love my Beyond Yoga leggings! I got them at a really great price but I would have no issues paying full price for a specific color I was lusting. I initially wondered about the pilling but have had no pilling on my first pair. Some readers have insisted in my first review that theirs have never pilled which is great news! I guess the only thing I could have on a legging "wish list" would be a pocket or two. I would have loved to have some pockets on these pairs.
