Lately I have been trying to reach out and try new experiences, so I decided to sign up for a flying trapeze lesson at the Trapeze School New York (Washington, DC location).
Their facility is located at the Navy Yard in Downtown, DC. Each class holds no more than 10 people and is two hours long.
They also offer classes in static trapeze, silks, trampoline, lyra, etc. It looks like a blast....I can't wait!
