YogaSmoga Review: Run Jump N' Play Crops in Klarit Red

I ordered a pair of YogaSmoga Run Jump N' Play crops in Klarit Red a few days ago. I have heard some good and bad about this company, so I didn't really know what to expect when I placed my order. I was originally going to try the brand last year when Lululemon was having quality issues, but YogaSmoga was on back order for 4-6 months. I don't really believe in paying for something to get it months later so I passed on their promotion. I really liked their new spring colors, especially their deep "Klarit Red"...so I couldn't resist trying a pair:

I was really impressed with their shipping and packaging. I ordered my crops on Tuesday night and they were delivery early this afternoon. Granted they shipped out of Massachusetts, I'm still impressed with the 3 day turnaround.

Everything was packaged neatly. The item came with a care card and was wrapped in tissue. Underneath the tissue, it was also packaged in plastic wrap.

The material was soft, but I can see why people say it attracts pet hair. It has that matte-like texture that can make things stick. When I had pets, I liked Lululemon's Luxtreme fabric since everything would brush right off.  This material reminded me of Lululemon's Luon fabric....the material is nice, but you might have to occasionally bust out the lint roller.

The color was really pretty....deeper than I thought, but still pretty. I was also happy that the material didn't have any shine.

I liked all of the features on the crops. There are pockets in the back and large pocket in the front. I like that the back pocket was covered, so I wouldn't have to worry about my key sliding out. The front pocket was wide enough for a smart phone.

Left to Right: Lululemon Plum, YogaSmoga Klarit Red, Lululemon Deep Zinfandel

As you can see in the color comparison, its a pretty red. It has the richness of other Lululemon colors like Plum and Deep Zinfandel. It's not an obnoxious red and there are no orange tones.

The waist is a little higher than other brands like Lululemon's Wunder Under Crops. I actually liked the higher waist since it didn't pinch on my sides.

I also thought the material was thick, compressive, and hid imperfections in the back.

I don't know how well the material holds up yet, but I am very impressed with my YogaSmoga crops. I was kind of expecting some sort of negative when I was reviewing them, but I really like them. I can't speak on lighter colors, but these were really thick and fit well. I can see how dirt and dander can stick to them, but I currently don't have any pets.

With the $25 Smoga Bucks, $63 was a great price for these crops. Even at the full price, I'm really impressed! I don't need anymore crops, but I will keep an eye on YogaSmoga for any unique colors I just have to have! :)
