I had a little bit of time tonight before my static trapeze class, so I decided to swing by the Clarendon Lululemon. It was a little breeze today, so I had on my Lululemon Dance Studio Jacket in Inkwell, Clear Mint Cool Racerback (CRB), Zing Pink Light All Sport Bra, and Victoria's Secret VSX Knockout Capri in Hello Lovely. It was definitely a bright and cheerful day!
I tried on the Pipe Dream Blue and the Stroll Stripe Heathered Cashew/White CRB. The Pipe Dream Blue was nice, but it was too similar my Beaming Blue CRB. I really liked the White/Cashew striped CRB. I didn't really like it in any of the Lululemon photos, but I liked it with my bright crops. I have a lot of solid colored crops that it would go well with. It was also really soft. It was a pass for now, but I'm still thinking about it.
The Om Me Home jacket in White was ok. It was nice if you wanted a little looser jacket than a Forme jacket, but I didn't think it looked very special to me.
I accidentally grabbed a size 2 in the Lightened Up tank. I liked the Clear Mint color and the back detail. It was a nice tank, but nothing I really needed.
(Sorry for the blurry photos!)
I actually loved the Hot Hitter polo. I wish they came out with more colors, but it was a very flattering polo. I ended up getting this one!
The Hot Hitter Skorts....oh...my....gosh.....I laughed and told the educator they needed to "send them back where they came from." Seriously...quite possibly the most terrible item in a long long time. They were like gaucho pants, but in a booty short version.
This baffles me because they kept the same polo from last year. They could have kept the same skirt, but in a new color....it was a great fit. This, however, is a complete train wreck that is not even deserving of a markdown or a trip to the outlets.
The Ujjayi bra was a little disappointing. I really wanted this one to work! I have perky boobs and this made them look dumpy. I can't really say it would be good for smaller cups....I was looking at other photos of smaller chested girls and it looks a little dumpy on them too.
The Club dress in white was ridiculously cute. It took a ton of willpower, but I walked out without it. I really liked the material, but it does look like a brunch dress....not as much an athletic dress. I think it's because of it's higher waist. It was lightweight and the material was really comfortable. Since it didn't have sleeves or a collar, I couldn't wear it to golf so sadly I turned it down.
I really liked the Pipe Dream Blue color, but the break of print and color made it look like it was missing something. It looks like it is missing a belt! It's still a really cute dress though.
Well that is all for now. I ended up getting the Hot Hitter Polo before I went to my static trapeze class. I was practicing "beats" (swings to gain momentum for tricks).....I love my classes! They are physically challenging and a ton of fun!
