Lululemon Store Visit - 3/17/14

As much as I wanted to wait, I stopped by the Charleston Lululemon to return my second Beachscape CRB. I didn't want to forget and go over the 14 day return policy. I should have returned it last week, but I forgot the silly thing in my trunk.

I was surprised to see the Beachscape Groovy Run Shorts. They looked cleaned out, but apparently they just received them that day. There was one pair in size 4 and two pairs in size 6. Most of the other sizes seemed well stocked, but I'm sure the educators had the pick of the litter in the smaller sizes.

I wanted to give a size 4 a try, since I didn't like how the size 6 looked on me. Since the material was a little stretchy, I think I was able to get by with a size 4. They didn't look as frumpy as the size 6. I also liked that these only had vintage pink and cadet blue in them. I like the blues, but I haven't been too much of a fan of the flare color.

Was REALLY happy to see one pair of Cadet Blue Inspire Crops sitting on the bottom of one of the shelves. Yay....I have been wanting to try these for so long. They were really opaque, so if you see these on resell, they should be good. I really wanted these, but I couldn't justify them since I have the reversible WUC in Cadet Blue.

Also tried the Bring Back the Track Pant in Black and the Street to Studio Crop in Cadet Blue. The Bring Back the Track Pant had really silky material. They were really comfortable, but I can only see these working for a small group of people. They only look good on skinny legs. Shorter girls couldn't get these hemmed either....so really I can see these only working out for girls with long legs.

I also tried the Street to Studio pants. I was hoping these would be a good alternative for golf pants, but they fit really odd. I tried a 4 and 6 and none of them looked that great on me. The waistband was also really high too. It was an easy pass.

I also tried the Free Reign shorts in Black and the Tracker Shorts in Angel Blue. The Free Reign felt nice, but I didn't like the two pleats in the front. I meant to take a photo, but I guess the photo didn't turn out.

The Angle Blue Tracker shorts were cute, but I think I'm in between sizes. I like how the size 4 fits in the legs, but the waist is too tight for me.

I internally squealed when I saw the Angel Blue Formes. I tried to buy this jacket a little too late a few months ago, and the only size sold out was my size 6! Argh...I debated trying to find an "Angel" for my Angel Blue (hehe), but I decided it wasn't worth it. So glad this finally came to the US stores. It wasn't as soft as my cadet blue, but it is very thick and matte material. I think the color looks amazing on most skin tones too.

I really hope this means we might see Angel Blue CRBs since the US never uploaded them or got them in the stores!

I tried on the Cadet Blue WAFS CRB. It was really soft, but I couldn't justify it at this time. I rarely wear any of my printed CRBs. I'm still hoping for some other colors, so I'm waiting it out. Fingers crossed for solid Cadet Blue, Vintage Pink, Fatigue, and Angel Blue.....

I was definitely Lulu-Lazy yesterday. I had no green...at all....so I got a $5 bargain price tee at Target. I was also wearing my Angel Wing Hyper Stripe Forme, White CRB, and my Heathered Grey Calm and Cozy pants. Seriously....my Calm and Cozy pants are like the most amazingly comfortable sweats every. I live in these around the house! They were on markdown and I'm regretting not buying a second pair!

So I exchanged my Beachscape CRB for the Beachscape Groovy Run shorts. I really like the pattern placement in these.

I think the Vintage Pink zipper is really cute too. I'm going to keep the tags on these in case they come out with Beachscape speed shorts. They are running to the end of the Beachscape pattern, so I'm pretty sure we won't be getting Speed shorts if we don't see them in the next two weeks.

Ugh....I caved and got the Angel Blue Forme. It looks a little lighter in this photo....the real color shows better in the earlier photos.

I have worn my Formes almost every day during this golfing trip, so I know I get a lot of use out of them....BUT I think I am done for now. Seriously...I have like 8 of them now that I got the Cadet Blue WAFS and the Angel Blue. Three grey, three blue, and two pink. I think the only color I'm super lusting in a forme would be either a Deep Zinfandel or darker red like Currant.

Are you guys in hopes for certain colors this spring?

Things I want:
CRBs in Fatigue, Angel Blue, Vintage Pink, Cadet Blue
Pacesetter in Currant
Forme in Currant or Deep Zinfandel
Seven Days of Asana Bag in Cashew or Cadet Blue
