1. Exercise to be fit.
I am striving to center my personal fitness around feeling healthy. Sweating (almost) everyday for health opposed to physique. I will challenge myself to have balance between Yoga, Running, and Crossfit.
2. Eat healthy to feel healthy.
In the past, my eating habits have been atrocious. Slowly, I will be cutting out indulgences like soda and sweets so I can feel healthy. No crash diets or cold turkey food changes...I would like to gradually implement simple food changes over time to a healthier diet.
3. Have fun with life.
One of the things I'm looking forward to this year is just having fun. I resolve to try new things without hesitation or fear. Whether its trapeze lessons, a scuba certification, or a surfboard lesson....I'm going all in to try at least anything once.
4. Save more, spend less!
This one is important to me, because I think its best to set boundaries. I'm going to be working really hard on my Lulu spending and putting more money away for a rainy day! I established my budget for this year...and by golly I'm sticking to it!
