Good evening ladies! Just got back from the Arlington store to scope out some of the new products!
I tried on the Fast Track tee in Love Red and the Ebb and Studio pants in inkwell. I like red, but the top was a little tight in the top. I probably would have bought it for a better markdown. $49 feels like what it should have been for the full price.
The Ebb to Studio pants were comfortable, but I wasn't that impressed with them. The bottom of the leg wasn't fitted on me, but the top wasn't really flattering. They weren't the type of pants I could get by wearing casual
Nice Asana in Green bean/Inkwell. I really liked this one. I could definitely wear this over jeans or to the gym. I wish I could have seen the angel wing version. I probably would have bought it because I could wear it with almost any tank.
I keep looking at the She's Swift jacket. I tried it on last week in black, and I tried it on in plum tonight. I really like how the back is cinched so it looks good open.
I really liked the soft Rulu for the Star Runner puller. The Saloam stripe was cute, but I think they put too many details for me to love it. The lace back, ruffles on shoulder, and stripes were a little much rolled into the same outfit. I think it was the ruffles that killed it for me. Too much with the stripes. It didn't make me feel grown up.
White CRB with the inkwell paisley En Route crops. Not a fan at all. The print looks cute in the photos, but it kinda looks cheap in real life. They were flattering from the crotch down, but I didn't like the waist at all. The waist was too bumpy and the material had a slight sheen to it.
I still like the Nice Asana and the She's Swift jacket. Maybe I can hope the She's Swift jacket goes on sale!
