There's no way I could ship them out like that...especially since they weren't advertised as damanaged. I was also really mad that the tab fell off in one wash, despite them not belonging to me anymore! So...I zipped over during lunch to see about getting them exchanged. Usually the girls are really nice to me, but this one was a little bratty. I told her exactly how I washed them, and she still acted like I threw them in the dryer. She went on to show me how to prevent it by putting a bow in them before you wash, but I was like "umm...I did that too!"
In Charleston, I had a washer/dryer from hell. Both machines loved eating my draw strings....pulling them out of my garments and then rolling them in a ginormous ball of crap more timing consuming to decipher than a damn rubix cube....so I am also cautious with my drawstring items and baby them when they are going to be washed, since I only have like 10% of them left after my string-stealing Charleston washer/dryer decided to eat them...they are practically considered an endangered species to me. (Really, I have almost none left)
Luckily for me, I was able to return the pants because they had "loose" seams on the bottom. I really don't understand how this is a "this" or "that" situation. Yeah, I know....no one wants an exposed va-jay-jay, but I don't want my drawstring lost into the Bermuda triangle because Lululeon wouldn't replace my $98 yoga pants! I think what made me so mad was she told me I had to be careful, even washing them. Seriously...I get why I need to air dry my garments. I do that with some of my other casual clothes...but an item can't even hold up in the WASHING MACHINE, so I have to "be careful" of my uber delicate $98 pants? Seriously sounds like a faulty item to me....maybe they need to follow Athleta's return policy....until then Lululemon, I have boycotted your pants with metal drawstring tips. No more from me. Need I remind you of your previous blunders Lulu?
